Camping „Between the Mountains“
- General Provisions
- Check-in for the alpine houses, campervan/caravan pitches and tent area is carried out at the reception desk.
- The reception desk is responsible for welcoming guests, issuing keys, providing information, and assisting throughout your stay.
- Opening Hours and Quiet Time
- Quiet hours: from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
- At all other times, guests are expected to maintain a reasonable level of noise – no loud music, rowdy groups, etc.
- Sanitary Facilities
- Shared sanitary facilities (toilets and showers) are fully accessible and free of charge.
- Guests are required to keep these areas clean and tidy.
- Hygiene and Safety
- Littering is strictly prohibited – please keep the grounds clean.
- Smoking is not permitted in any indoor or shared areas, including the houses, sanitary blocks, restaurant, campervans, or tents.
- Fires may only be lit in designated areas (barbecue zones, firepits, etc.).
- Pets
- Dogs up to 5 kg are allowed in the alpine houses. Larger breeds are permitted in campervans/caravans and tents.
- All dogs must be kept on a lead at all times within the campsite grounds.
- Dogs must be walked and relieved outside the campsite. Waste must be collected and disposed of – failure to do so may result in fines.
- Communal Areas and Facilities
- Guests have access to the on-site restaurant, car park, children’s playground and outdoor fitness area.
- Please use all equipment responsibly – observe order and safety.
- Respect the peace and personal space of other guests.
- Responsibility and Security
- The management is not responsible for lost, forgotten or damaged belongings – guests are responsible for their own valuables.
- Each guest is responsible for the supervision of their own children and pets.
- In the event of rule violations (especially regarding noise, littering or safety), the management reserves the right to terminate the guest’s stay.
- Additional Terms
- Check-in: after 2:00 p.m.
- Check-out: by 12:00 a.m.
- Late check-out may be possible subject to availability and at an additional charge.
- Reception desk: provides assistance and support; opening hours may be adjusted depending on guest needs.
